Pancake with apple sauce
Bahan2 Apple Sauce:
3 red apples (peel of the skin)
3cups of sugar
2tbs of honey
2cups of water
1ts of vanilla essence
Methods:
1) Cut the apples into 8 parts, washed and put into pan
2) Pour in sugar, water, honey, and vanilla essence
3) Bring it to boiled for about 45 minutes. Make sure you did not caramelise the sugar.
Bahan2 pancake:
2 cups of plain flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 egg
fresh milk
1tbs melted butter
Method:
1) Pour in flour, baking powder, egg, and melted butter
2) Stir well with fresh milk until it half thick
3) Heat the non-stick pan with butter
4) Spoon in 1 by 1 onto pan and cook it
5) Serve it with apple sauce and butter
